- Executive Director
Oversees all operations at The Glebe Centre and reports to the Board of Directors
- Community Services (Abbotsford House)
Organizes the following programs:- Social and recreational activities for healthy seniors
- Day Away program for the cognitively impaired
- Luncheon Club program for the physically frail
- Outreach services for seniors in their homes
- Environmental services
Responsible for:

- Payroll and employee benefits
- Human Resources
- Information Technology
- Financial services for residents
- Accounting

Responsible for:
- Therapeutic diets
- Menu development
- Registered Dietitian consultations
- Chinese meals
- Fundraising
Manages donations and fundraising activities
- Nursing
Responsible for:
- Services of Registered staff
- Personal care
- Pharmacy services
- On-site physiotherapy
- Respiratory therapy
- Royal Ottawa Hospital outreach
- Dental visits as required
- Foot care
- Medical Services
Responsible for:
- Attending physicians who visit weekly
- Medical Directors
- Participation in standing committees
